“Clean, comfortable unit”

“This is our first experience with a VRBO or any ABNB property. It went absolutely flawless. The communication with the manager was quick and clear. The property was new, clean and comfortable. Had board games, corn hole and if our schedule wasn’t packed outside of the property, the home would be well suited just for a place to stay and decompress. I couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience and will be using the service again. A very high standard has been set by this team for all……

“Overall the property was lovely. It was well decorated and it felt spacious for both of us. It would be nice to have 4 chairs available to eat at the table. We had friends over one day for lunch. We made do with the chairs from the porch but they sat just a bit low. We hope to be able to stay there again when we are in the Pensacola area.”

“This little cottage was perfect for a couples getaway. Close to downtown to enjoy all things offered by Pensacola on Palafox. Cozy and clean. A/C worked very well and the bed was very comfortable. Very nice small kitchen with just right appliances. Host was great with notifications. We had no issues with the property, so never had to contact them.”

“The home was very clean, cozy and quaint, however it is next to a very busy highway of which the description states. I contacted the host because I had a question about check-in and couldn't find the key to the laundry room that has a separate entrance from the rest of the house. The host was not very friendly and spoke in an aggravated tone. She told me to check the book for key location for the laundry room however this info was not in the book. My family and I were looking forward to……
