“Easy to check in and communicate. Prroperty was clean and well stocked ( sheets, towels, cooking utensils… We did purchase insurance thankfully, as it was used to clean the hot tub and fix an exterior panel that apparently popped out from our used.”

Extra attention was paid in every detail-from cooling of unit-snacks on counter-loaded coffee bar-to abundant amenities for bath! Comfortable beds are important and it met our expectations. “We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean, in a fairly good area of town (downtown Jacksonville) and close to the base where our son is stationed. Only one tv in the house in the den and none in the bedrooms which might be a problem for some, especially if you're used to watching tv in bed. Also, property is listed as pet/dog friendly but host expects you to leave pets outdoors and not in the house. Backyard fence is not secure if you have a larger dog or an "escape artist"……

“The home was clean, smelled good and was as advertised. The host was always accessible, gracious and easy to work with. There were plenty of amenities. The driveway was a little tight for two cars but plenty of street parking. There is no house next to the property to the north and what looked like an abandoned house to the south. We were thankful for our stay, and the visit worked out nicely for one night after a visit to the beach. ”

“The kitchen was stalked with all of the equipment we required for our stay. All appliances were in working order. We did not care for the television features, there was no cable and the TV features were all streaming. The living room furniture was dated and not very comfortable. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress & springs were on an old waterbed frame which was difficult to get into because of the height. It was very close to our children and grandchildren as well as……
