“We enjoyed our stay. The house was very neat, clean, and comfortable. ”

“The home was clean, smelled good and was as advertised. The host was always accessible, gracious and easy to work with. There were plenty of amenities. The driveway was a little tight for two cars but plenty of street parking. There is no house next to the property to the north and what looked like an abandoned house to the south. We were thankful for our stay, and the visit worked out nicely for one night after a visit to the beach. ”

“The kitchen was stalked with all of the equipment we required for our stay. All appliances were in working order. We did not care for the television features, there was no cable and the TV features were all streaming. The living room furniture was dated and not very comfortable. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress & springs were on an old waterbed frame which was difficult to get into because of the height. It was very close to our children and grandchildren as well as……

“Private little property, just outside of town. Wooded surroundings, very clean. You could tell the place was lived in a bit but everything was good. Everything was functioning, hosts were gracious and everything went as it should definitely recommend small children and adults”

“My family really enjoyed this property. Only blocks away from extended family. It had everything we needed. The only complaint was ants and a few palmetto bugs (spray was supplied by owner). ”

“Nice house. Meh neighborhood lots of barking dogs too. Listed as more beds. We were there with our other kids and separate beds would have been nice as advertised. Advertised as 2 baths. There are only 2 full. Condiments were scarce. No S&P, no sugar Would we stay there again? Sure. When we need to visit our Marine. It's nice. But not what's advertised. ”

Extra attention was paid in every detail-from cooling of unit-snacks on counter-loaded coffee bar-to abundant amenities for bath! Comfortable beds are important and it met our expectations. The duck nest was a wonderful surprise! The creek view was very relaxing. Thank you for hosting!”

“We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean, in a fairly good area of town (downtown Jacksonville) and close to the base where our son is stationed. Only one tv in the house in the den and none in the bedrooms which might be a problem for some, especially if you're used to watching tv in bed. Also, property is listed as pet/dog friendly but host expects you to leave pets outdoors and not in the house. Backyard fence is not secure if you have a larger dog or an "escape artist"……
