“Very friendly welcome and a lovely, clean and very spacious room, the bathroom looked a little tired and if I was any taller than the 6’1 it would have been a real struggle to wash in the shower as there’s quite a low ceiling. Really comfy bed, only other criticism would be the position of the TV which was on a wall to the side of the bed and didn’t have a bracket so that you could turn it ”

“The 1st room we were given had a kettel with limescale in it and a bath with the enamel worn and black marks also purple marks on bath from some product that had been used previously we complained and were given another room.The 2nd room was on the 1st floor but there is no lift available as it is not being used anymore so anyone with mobility issues like my wife it will cause issues ! However there are some ground floor accessible rooms available. The radiator in our 2nd room wasn't working on……
