“This was the best accomodation during my stay in İstanbul. Comfortable rooms and the whole hotel in general is very clean. The restaurant is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. İ suggest this hotel to everyone who is planning to stay in this area.”

“10 oda tutarak kalabalık bir aileyle gittiğimiz bu tatilde otelin sunduğu imkanlardan çok memnun kaldık. Oteldeki doluluk oranı genelde daha düşük olması nedeniyle az personel bulunmasına rağmen her ihtiyacımıza yetişmeye çalıştılar. Odalar da gayet konforluydu. Her konuda memnun kaldık. Yalnızca otelde şampuan kalmadığı için odalara servis yapamadılar. Kahve ya da suya ulaşmak da biraz zahmetliydi her seferinde resepsiyondaki personele söylüyorduk. Onlar da mutfağa gidip getiriyordu. Daha hızlı……

“The location is near to a metro station and very close to the Ataturk airport, however there is no such advantage since relocating to the new Istanbul airport, it is almost about an hour away from anywhere you want to go. The room was pleasant enough, clean and tidy, AC worked well, bathroom is well equipped and the view from the 10th floor was nice. Actually prior to this room, my room was on the lower floor where I can hear the metro train moving, a bit noisy. So after I complained to the……

“The location is very close to Ataturk Airport,but there is no such advantage after relocating to the new airport.It is near the convention center,the surrounding area is very desolate and far from the city centre,but the subway is very convenient. The room looks a bit old and small,yet,still clean and tidy.What really surprised me was the double room for two people only provides a small bottle of drinking water,toiletries and slippers for one person.The air conditioner in the room can't……

“ホテルは、素晴らしかったのですが…部屋の掃除がちょっと残念でした。 5泊したのですが、初日に歯ブラシがありませんでした。このホテルクラスで歯ブラシが無いところは初めてで、かなり驚いたのですが、ホテル付近で購入しました。しかし、3日目の掃除の後に歯ブラシかセットされていました。有るなら、なぜ初めから提供してくれていないのか…バスタオルがない日もあり、電話でお願いしたのですが、30分も待ちやっと持ってきてくれました。ロビーで、バスローブが無いので、持ってきてほしいとお願いした時は、最後まで持ってきてくれませんでした。バスマットがない日もあれば、ティッシュが無くなったのに、補充してくれていない時もありました。髭剃りや、クシ等、普通のホテルに有りそうなアメニティーは何も有りませんでした。 プールは大変素晴らしかったのですが、スタッフが誰一人おらず、バスタオルがどこに有るのか聞くことも、ドリンクを注文する事も出来ませんでした。 スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで素晴らしかったです。私が日本人だから、イライラしただけかもしれませんね。”

“总体酒店环境和服务和干净度都不错，近机场，便于商务出行。早餐偏向于当地或者欧洲，传统中国早餐少，但当地新鲜蜂蜜，酸奶，CHEESE和其他都有，营养肯定可以够。唯一就是说酒店的床垫偏软，据说楼下的餐厅非常不错，下次有机会再入住。”

“Its an OK property that obviously caters for group bookings There were about 80 people to check in, and with 5 staff behind the counter, only one person was checked in at a time. Torturous! I had several mornings with no hot water. Not all the facilities are working. The shower area next to sauna has been disabled The toaster at breakfast broke down, and wasnt replaced for 3 days There is not enough elevator capacty in B block, so wait times can be high. Staff will allow use of the service……
