“Very friendly people, when we arrived we got an upgraded room for free, as the room we booked was in a part were a group was staying due the same night. Was really nice service. Trustful people, nice dinner and breakfast. Very nice people, the host during the breakfast was one of the nicest people I have met. ”

“We stayed in Apartment 8 for 4 nights are were delighted with all aspects of it. There was plenty of room with both a sitting and dining area, a reasonable size bathroom and small but adequate kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pots, etc. The unit is close to the centre of town, the lake and the station. There are plenty of eating places nearby, a Coop supermarket and numerous other shops as well as a free book exchange near the rubbish disposal units. The unit had good wifi and the hosts, Urs……

“Alles super! Grösse des Zimmers, Sauberkeit, Aussicht vom Balkon, Parkplätze genügend vorhanden. Das Frühstück beginnt erst um 8.15h. Wir finden das eher unüblich spät. Da wir bereits um 8.00h abreisen mussten, durften wir uns direkt in der Küche melden und bekamen dort einen Kaffee mit einem Muffin und Früchten. Danke vielmals liebes Küchenpersonal!!!! “Von Anfang bis Ende einfach nur top!! Man fühlt sich als wäre man weit weg in den Ferien...Hervorheben möchten wir die freundlichen Mitarbeitenden des Hapimag Ascona. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und die Spiele die man ausleihen durften. Ausserdem gibt es einen Spielplatz und eine kleine Kinderclubhütte beim Spielpi - soo süss!! Wir sind wirklich begeistert vom Hapimag Resort in Ascona! Top top top! Wir kommen wieder und werden Sie gerne……
