“O lugar atendeu super bem às nossas expectativas! Achei só um pouco menor do que parecia nas fotos, mas nada que atrapalhasse a experiência. A localização é ótima, pertinho do metrô Vila Mariana, com mercados por perto e ainda tinha um mercadinho automatizado no próprio prédio, o que foi bem prático. Só senti falta de algumas coisinhas de casa, tipo pano de prato, e achei pouca a quantidade de toalhas (vieram só duas). Fomos numa época mais fria (fazia entre 10° e 22°), então nem tinha sol……

“My room was well decorated with high quality finishes. The restaurant area was large, bright and cheery. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. I have two somewhat negative comments. First, very few of the staff spoke English. Finally, the hotel does not have heat. I was chilly for four days..... Overall, I highly recommend this property, especially at their room rates. I would stay there again without question.”

“Amei o apartamento. Excelente, espaçoso e tem uma ótima localização. Padarias, restaurantes, farmácias e mercados perto. Muito perto do metrô também. A vista é um bom bônus. Apenas a limpeza não estava tão boa, encontrei um cabelo na cama e o box estava com cheiro ruim, mas acredito que seja por causa da umidade. Mas nada que estragasse a experiência. ”

“The whole experience was unexpectedly disappointing. Internet is out of services for the whole stay (4 nights). The customer services asked me to contact to other WiFi (in other rooms) but no internet still. Then they mentioned that they would send a technician on the next day but that person never came. The room provides very limited cookwares & appliances - no pans, no kettle, no spatula, no boiling pot. The stove was so poor that it took 10mins+ to boil 250ml of water. Location is okay……
