The hotel handled a 6:00 AM power outage impressively, switching to diesel backup within 5 minutes and later to solar. WiFi was fast enough for most needs. “The staff at Bernese Resort was very friendly and promptly attended to our needs. Staff were cleaning all the time , they’ve been there since place started operation.The kitchen staff were so nice , even served us our favorite breakfast on our last day.My only complaint is there’s no place for us to put our bathroom supplies but overall I will recommend the resort.”

“整体感觉不错，算是当地比较规范的星级酒店，服务设施清洁都相当不错，就是很难提早入住，客房比较紧张。LCC就在旁边，交通和买东西吃饭都很方便。最好是机场接送服务，走那天雨很大，如果自己打tutu一定全湿，还好酒店有van接送。唯一挑剔的就是客房wifi比较慢，早餐食物种类较少，只提供咖啡，红茶要问服务员才会冲一壶给你。”
