“We really liked the much needed remodeling that is being done, the staff was very friendly and helpful and that they are family and relatives that run the hotel. They listened to what i said about extra tongs for picking up the three different hot foods as well as coffee sticks were separately wrapped because the ones they are using are unwrapped and everyone can contaminate the others. ”

“This hotel is fantastic, but you definitely pay for it. Portland, in general, is expensive. Parking was $45/night, very basic hotel breakfast for 3 was $70 ($35 of that was covered by hotel amenity fee credit), but overall just expensive. I made the reservation because I wanted to be walkable to most things, and it is, but I’d save a couple hundred and drive a mile or so to something less expensive if I were ever back in Portland.”

“We forgot our son’s pillow when we checked out. We were so worried! When calling, they went right down to the room and grabbed it, packaged it up for us and had it ready for us when we returned. Hotel is located in a prime location, it’s clean, and has everything you need for an extended stay! ”

“The place was ok. I mean the wife and I really didn’t stay too much in the room because we went sightseeing throughout the days we were there. The room was just really outdated, but then again, it was a cheap price, so you get what you pay for I guess. The bed, in my opinion, was very uncomfortable. The TV was placed in a crazy position. The room smelled like bleach, which I guess means it is clean lol. The hairdryer came right off the wall the 2nd day we were there. The shower did have great……
