“Perfect location if you want to be close to restaurants and the amusement park. Nice view of the ocean from the side balcony. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The indoor pool was a big hit with the little ones. Bonus points for all the beach towels that were supplied and the welcome gift. Only downside was that we were late being able to check in by 45 minutes due to the room not being ready. Also, if……

It is located right next to an amusement park and pier arcade, which I maybe wouldn’t prefer for an adult only vacation, but walking distance to some good restaurants and bars.”

“Despite having charming photos and even looking "nice" inside; our trip here was a nightmare from start to finish. First, the electronic lock on the door wasnt functioning and we were stuck out in the dark waiting for vacasa to give us access via a hide a key. I had no cell service in the apartment, I’m with Verizon.It’s easy to contact Kari about anything and she has fast response time.My parking spot is behind the apartment not in front of its door like many others. This works well as I have an oversized vehicle. ”

“Great place to stay with family. Walk out to the beach/ocean; very nice indoor pool for the rainy days; Two minute walk to The Pier; awesome wing place across the street; short walking and driving distance to other great restaurants; such a great week! ”

“Easy check in, great location. Very quiet property while we were there, very relaxing. Unit was clean and comfortable. For future renters, note that you bring your own linens - this was a first for us. Towel inventory is very limited but worked out for the two of us. Front door deadbolt is in need of WD-40, just FYI for owner. Thoroughly enjoyed the indoor hot tub after long days of touring. Very close to the beautiful Goose Rocks Beach and Kennebunkport. Would stay here again. Property……

“We were able to get into the building, but somehow the code we were given wouldn’t get us access to the apartment. It took multiple emails and attempts to reach out to somebody and they finally were able to help us.It would have been nice if there was an air conditioner in the bedroom that had the king in it. “Beautiful location only downfall was the water pressure very low and standup shower limited space to place soaps and shampoo and there is no lights in the shower so it’s dark but yes I would def book again and just the view alone is 5 star plus! ”

“My wife, adult son, and I stayed here with our 45 lb dog. The check in was very smooth once we figured out the correct driveway. The parking area was fine.The place was spacious with 2 good size bedrooms, a nice kitchen, dining area, and living space with TV (which we did not use). The hosts have stocked the place well as they have coffee (regular and decaf), lots of linens, and even laundry detergent! The beds were comfortable. House is close to the neighbors but the area was very quiet……
