“Sehr nettes Personal, für uns (Großstadtbewohner) war/ist auch der öffentliche Bereich super passend zur Umgebung gewesen (muss aber jeder selbst bewerten). Preis- Leistung unschlagbar - leckeres Frühstück - kostenloser Parkplatz - Außenpool - Innenpool - 2 x Sauna und Dampfbad inkl.! Natürlich muss man auch als Gast Kritik zur Verbesserung geben und das waren für uns die Betten :-). Kommen sehr gerne wieder, liebe Grüße!”

“We had a wonderful one-night stay at Hotel Schloss Ort as a family of four with young children. Even before arrival, the reception team proactively called to inform us of everything we needed to know for our Sunday night check-in. The hotel itself is stunning—full of character, with spacious, beautifully furnished rooms. While not specifically designed for families, the unique setting is absolutely worth it with a bit of care. The staff were warm, helpful, and gave us great tips for exploring……

“- I wanted to contact a hotel to confirm our reservation, because online payment was not succesfull (according my bank) even Expedia thought is was already paid. - It was hard to contact them, one phone numbers on expedia pages is wrong. When I contacted them on another number, person there had no idea about my reservation. Mass with reservations and their evidence. - Hotel pushed us to have a silvester dinner and self service cathering with champane (30 euro/person), but the cathering……

“Top-Adresse für Mountainbiker – wir kommen wieder! Wir waren zu dritt als Mountainbiker unterwegs und rundum begeistert! Das Zimmer war überraschend geräumig, äußerst sauber und bot ausreichend Platz für uns und unsere Ausrüstung. Nach einem langen Tag auf dem Bike war der Wellnessbereich ein echtes Highlight – sehr gepflegt und perfekt zum Entspannen. Besonders überzeugt hat uns das Abendessen: eine große Auswahl, riesige Portionen und richtig lecker! Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine……
