“Received great support from Gabriella and Steve regarding a booking issue with 3rd party. Furniture in standard King room we stayed in was not very comfortable. Would sure be nice to see hotels put more effort on providing comfortable furniture for their guests to relax on. If I new of a chain that made comfortable furniture a priority, I would make them my 1st choice. I stayed in La Qunita years ago and they had a recliner chair which was very comfortable.”

“WE stay here every time we go through Kearney They are situated a day away from home on the way to see our kids in Iowa, or my sister in Kansas. We have stayed at several hotels in Kearney, but for the past 5-6 years, this is our favorite.”

“ Bed mattresses were a little softer than we are used to, but acceptable. Some areas of ceiling showed evidence of water leaks from above that had been been repair but to an obvious different texture than the original. That was not a problem though. We had 3 adults and 1 child checked in and the amount of towels could have been more than provided but we managed. Breakfast included a simple gravy to go with the biscuits rather than the sausage gravy; scrambled eggs (good), juices,……
