“Cibolo Creek is a beautiful property and very relaxing. I did not read the reviews as it came highly recommended by a friend. Visitors should know that lunch and dinner are a plated fixed menu served at large communal tables. What is to be served is not posted in advance. The food is good, but not outstanding. “The area is beautiful and the property is close to the town and about 25 minutes from the McDonald Observatory. The room was descent and clean with a stove, fridge and microwave. The dispensers for the shampoo and soap were broken, so it was difficult to use them. The walls are also very thin and the rooms connect via a door, so it was very easy to clearly hear conversations next door. Luckily it was not too bad during the evening.
