“What a charming house! It was very spacious and the host thought of everything. It was well stocked with everything you could think of, down to the slippers for walking out to the hot tub. ”

“As promised, a real sanctuary. A small and hidden gem attached to a farmhouse, everything was spotless and clean like home. The farm grounds are beautiful, with a lovely view of the Peaks of Otter. This place is great for a couple or a solo traveller, a spot to unwind and unplug. It forced a change of pace and filled the day with activity — we went on three hikes including the challenging Sharp Top mountain, visited an apple orchard (and bought a peach sapling) and had excellent Thai and Indian……

“Very nice cabin, we were extremely impressed by it. It's location as perfect in relation to Lexington (maybe 5 minute drive), the surrounding scenery was very nice. The attention to detail of the cabin was very thorough as well. Cabin was clean and hygienic material provided (soap, shampoo, towels) was on par with a top notch hotel. The only room for improvement we saw were that the ironing board was actually broken down the middle and had been broken from a previous guest I suppose, so my wife……

“We had a wonderful weekend visiting our son for his birthday. The home is absolutely beautiful! Loved all the original wood floors and the quaint front porch. Although we didn’t use them, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware. I especially appreciated that an appropriate amount of towels and washcloths were provided. So many other places we have stayed have literally provided one washcloth and towel for a stay of several nights. Very grateful that you all provided for our needs! Will……

“This place has potential, but there are several things that need to be done for the property to bring it up to the standard of a vacation rental. First and foremost, it needs a deep cleaning. We spent our first full day of vacation cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds are awful. Awful. The appliances are in need of replacement. The entire home needs somebody with resources to invest some cash and bring it to a standard worthy of charging people to stay. Some other things of note,……
