Guest registration was able to switch the booking around to another building to accommodate my pooch. It was a very positive experience. The front desk person was understanding of the mix up. “Check-in person was very friendly! Quick check-in process. Parking is convenient- all parking is close to the rooms. Room was super clean- I always scope out a room and find something, but this room was clean from top to bottom... bedding, fridge, bathroom, every corner. Comfortable bed.
