“Our Hostess was amazing! Very very responsive! The parking at the house, however, is really meant for cars only. We could not park our boat and truck on the property and there is NO street parking, so heads up! We were able to use the neighbors lot across the street for an additional fee to park our boat/truck. The house needs a bit of love, but the kitchen is new and nice. FYI, there is no table to eat at IN the house, so we brought the outside table inside and it worked okay. It was too hot to……

“This is a great house, we loved having the separate media/game room for the teenagers to hang out in. The house was very clean and perfect size for our party of 12. Would definitely stay here again”

“What a great spot, right on the river! The house was clean and has the perfect layout with all the living areas facing the river. There is also plenty of room for boat parking if you're bringing a toy or 4. The hosts made themselves available even late at night, we will be coming back :). ”

“This property is 100% accurate in its VRBO description. It's functional, with amazing new pots and pans in the kitchen, as well as all needed utensils in the kitchen (except for a can opener). I usually bring my own sheets and pillowcases on these types of trips, but honestly, the linen was SO clean we slept on them and saved myself the energy of making the beds. There were also clean towels available. However, we did use our own. There was also shampoo, conditioner, soap, detergent, dishwashing……

“Had everything we needed for a great stay, 10 minutes away from the stores, quite neighborhood, space to park a boat, would definitely stay again, and owner had great communication the entire trip, thank you. ”

“House is 2 houses in one which I didn’t realize when booking. We literally had an adult kitchen and a kids kitchen and living room. Everything was great. House was well equipped with pretty much everything you need. Trash take out was confusing but the agent was helpful with that at the end of our stay. House is pretty spectacular. ”

“The place is amazing. I gave it five stars on all of the categories VRBO asked about. I will say that it needs some better pots and pans. I don’t know if people took them or what but that’s my only comment that is not five stars. My second year there and hope to go back next year. ”

“Pros: Loved the location and parking close to front door. Great view of river from the second story. Cons: The sheets were not changed from the previous users. There were long black hairs all over the inside sheets. The downstairs pullout is almost impossible to walk around while the one upstairs you cannot walk around at all you have to climb over it to get out of the second bedroom. Kitchen lacked basic provisions for cleaning. ”

“This is our sixth visit to Parker and our second time at this VRBO. This is also our favorite rental of all the places we have stayed here. Clean, comfortable, great view of the mountains and water. The A/C works great and the patio is super comfortable with nice seating, working BBQ and outside ceiling fan! Communication with the host is easy and fast. Couldn't ask for anything more!”

“We had the absolute best time. The house was right on the water, and it made it very easy for us to leave our boat in the slip during the course of our stay. The property was clean and well-kept, and there were enough amenities for us to either cook inside the little house or go out to eat and have a place to put the leftovers. Highly recommend this property. The view was amazing as well, and we all had such a great time”

“One negative, we were told to take our garbage. But the trash can was half full. So we ended up removing previous tenants garbage. ”
