“The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The shower was good but the sliding door did not close all the way. But it was hot, the pressure was good. And most important to me: the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Plus I liked the expanded television channels which was an added nice touch to relax after driving all day. ”
“I know what to reasonably expect for hotels at this price level and we are very disappointed. There is no amenity except one bar soap. There is a coffee maker but no coffee nor tea. The worst is the towels. They are very old. The we found the bed sheet has stain and the pillows smells. This is close to unacceptable.”
“We encountered a tornado warning and cut our travel day short. This comfort inn was great! Friendly staff at check in, clean and comfortable bed, bathroom was ok, could have been cleaner. Breakfast was a pass but we all like different things. ”
