“Two night stay. There were five adults of which 3 were seniors. We only used the beds, Kurig machine and WiFi. All of these were as advertised and we had no issues.Neighborhood is convienient for anything in or near Topeka. It is also a quiet established neighborhood.”

“This is our second time staying at this property. It's a wonderful, clean, convenient space to stay when visiting campus/dropping off kids. The condo is about 10 minutes from campus so it's easy to get to KU but far enough away that you have a little bit of space from the busyness of the campus life. And Jori is a great communicator and easy to work with. We will stay here again, for sure. ”

“Off the beaten path, quite, peaceful and CLEAN. The amenities were more than perfect for my wife and I, and would be great for a party of 4-6. Three beds and what looked like a fold out couch but, don't quote me on the fold out part, I'm not 100% sure. Do however quote me that the master bedroom was more than welcoming, bed was soft and comfortable and this is the kind of place where you can really find peace and tranquility. Definitely space to reconnect with your favorite person, my wife and I……
