“What a lovely place to stay in the mountains of southwest Virginia. We visit BSG nearly every year for a family reunion. The only decent hotel in town has seen better days and we wanted something more comfortable. This trip was my 84 year old Dad and me. He LOVED it and so did I!!!The owners took care to think of everything when renovating this house. “Our family stayed two nights while visiting Bristol for the NHRA races and found the location peaceful and quiet. It had everything we needed, but we ate out for our meals. The property does have WiFi and streaming services which was nice. The deck and screened in porch is lovely as well. The house is older but well maintained. ”

“This was such a cozy retreat for us. A glimpse back in time. Wonderful hosts with good communication. House was very clean and interesting. Beds comfortable and lots of blankets and linens. “We had an amazing stay at the cabin! It’s a bit of a drive from any of the towns, but blissfully quiet and very peaceful. And a lovely drive! Came with my partner, nephew and dogs and we all loved it. The steps up to the house were a little tough for my small dog, and required a little balance with our suitcases, but nothing we couldn’t manage. The cabin is quaint and cozy with all the basics, and our host was so kind and accommodating. I’d absolutely recommend for a quiet and relaxing getaway! ”

“This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The location is good and the owner is great. Kim is very responsive. We had an issue with the temperature in the place and Kim addressed it quickly and attentively; and it was resolved. Even my dog was comfortable staying there. He usually barks when we leave him alone (crated), but he didn't while there. ”
