“I really like the location as its near Terminal 3. Allowed us to check in early and check out late with extra pay but its convenient esp the wet and dry supermarket. So many shops around and theres even wheelchair that we borrowed for my 86 yrs old mom. The staff and Tesh & Tesha,Gerald are very helpful to accommodate us. “When I showed up to check in I was told that I would be refunded the money I used on my card and had to pay for the stay in cash. “This place seems to be a destination resort for local families wanting to visit Newport City, a pleasant shopping & restaurant rich area that happens to be so near the airport that a walking tube exists from T3. "This is not my 1 first time staying in this hotel. Compared with previous experience, some areas had been improved such as the check-in/out process. Next to Newport mall. With a convenience store and fast food shop on the ground floor. However, the WiFi network (speed) and the choice of breakfast are still my concerns. Slow and less choices. Hope they can improve."
