“Warm and cozy sleeping with the shutters and curtains drawn. Respect the house, switch on the pump if you light the fire, and yes I loved the wood smoke smells, it is mostly round the fire, if the fire is only embers you can switch off the pump, it's circulating the hot water from the fire, I was able to see local interests and the wonderful fresh air, excellent countryside. The ruin of Carmicheal House makes me wonder at its one time beauty, and it's just a short walk to from the cottage,……

“This is a beautiful little cottage within the most beautiful setting. Absolutely peaceful and perfect for the dog. Everything you need is in the cottage and very cosy.”

“This place was extremely clean and extremely easy to access. The only issue I could see would be for someone who did not have connection to their email. The only one small issue I had was that the shower surround leaked in the corner. ”

“Really helpful directions before I arrived . Check in was really easy , the pod was located on a hole with amazing views and it was the perfect spot for a night stay before an early morning flight . ”
