“Nice clean room , my only gripe is the shower , out of 3 taps on the wall 2 of them seem to just turn shower off , one appeared to do nothing and wasn’t clear how to turn the hot water down as it became scalding hot very quickly but for an overnight stay in a very reasonable priced room I’d use again ”

“登記入住時前台的女員工態度傲慢，很像不歡迎我們一樣。房間裏床單有黑色的污漬，牆上佈滿蜘蛛網，椅子夾縫還有些爆米花碎。這個集團其他酒店我也住過，但這一間是最差的，我明白一間有些歷史的洒店當然會殘舊一點，但也要保持乾淨呀!還有停車位不夠，晚點回去已沒有位置可停車，你只能泊在外面住宅區的路邊。”

“如题，非常棒。女王和邱吉尔都曾住过的庄园，08年改建成酒店。地方很大，草地树林池塘适合散步，就是远了一点，如果没车的话有些不便，不过可以通过酒店叫车。服务很好，建筑和服务能让人体会到典型的英国风！”

Upon our arrival, we were dismayed to discover that the bedsheet in our room was visibly soiled with black marks, leaving us with serious doubts about its cleanliness and whether it was even new.
