“The house was ready for us when we arrived. There were two kayaks and one big canoe we could use any time. The area is very quiet, even though there are many cottages around. The hosts are very cultured and discreet. ”

“2 Girlfriends and I came for the week to kayak. What a perfect location to use as a base to launch from nearby beach to explore Georgian Bay or travel up the highway to explore the French River. Sue, the host, was super friendly and quick to respond from time of booking 4 months ago to making sure we were taken care of when we arrived. The cottage is quaint, the beds are super comfortable, the 2 bathrooms have showers which made it easy for everyone to get ready quickly for the day of kayaking……

“We had a wonderful stay on Lake Nipissing’s West Arm. Sherry’s property is very comfortable and a private setting. Had we been able to stay longer than two days, we would’ve loved to enjoy the hot tub. She was kind enough to extend our checkout time, although we needed to be underway early on our departing day.”

“This place is wonderful! We definitely intend to rent it again. The cottage was spotless. Also, it was a very nice layout for my two adult sons, my wife, our dog, and myself. Dock area is gorgeous. Good wifi so able to get a little work done when needed as well. Grocery store, gas station, church and tavern an easy drive 15 minute drive down the road. The entire experience was excellent. Can't wait until we get to spend time there again.”
