B. die Markthalle, ein Supermarkt und das Beste: eine Tram-Haltestelle, die alle 15 Min. viele Knotenpunkte z. B. Guggenheim-Museum, Metro- und Busstationen (auch Intermodal) und die Innenstadt anfährt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ein- und Auschecken verlief problemlos. Jederzeit wieder. ”

“Great no-frills hotel in the heart of Gernika. The rooms are basic but if you get a good price, I would recommend it for somewhere to stay. The pin entry system makes check in simple and the owners were communicative. ”

"A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"
