“The location is perfect for a day tour at Bilbao. Right next to the Guggenheim Museum within walking distance to the old city, other tourist spots and nice restaurants.”

“Fint og velholdt hotell. Vi fikk et stort og fint familierom, standarden var bra og alt virket nytt/bra vedlikeholdt og rent. Den eneste bemerkningen var at den kom med en kapsel-kaffemaskin der man fikk 2 kapsler for hele oppholdet vårt på 4 netter, kapselene kunne heller ikke kjøpes på noe supermarked. Frokosten hadde et bra utvalg. Veldig fint å ha bassenget på en familieferie, vår datter på 8 år var der hver eneste dag. Veldig fin beliggenhet med 5 min gåtur til nærmeste metro-stasjon, og så……

“Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very……

“Como siempre, el personal muy amable y el trato a los perros fue muy bueno. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y el baño muy limpio. Me gusta mucho que tenga el cercanías y el metro a 5 minutos.”
