“Great hotel with at a reasonable price. Early check-in by paying 5 euros. Quiet and well located. Very new and nice skylight that opens and had black out blinds. Wish they had a fridge. Was alone but I'd you have someone with you, they can see you use the shower/washroom. There should be dark curtains around the washroom. A small fridge in the room would also be nice along with free coffee/tea in the lobby or even a small fee to pay, especially after hours of th café downstairs since no coffee……

“Stayed for 3 nights in early May 2025. The pension itself is fine, booking in & access straightforward, room was in pretty good condition and an above average shower, although some of the furniture in the room was quite lightweight. As it is situated in the Old Town, the big plus is many bars and restaurants are nearby, so nothing is really more than 3-5min walk if you want to stay local. Plaza Nueva is great - with maybe 20 pintxo bars and restaurants. The rest of Casco Vieja was a bit too full……

“Very cool little place in old town Bilbao. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The front desk was amazing and she let us leave our bags for a few hours after we checked out. Smaller rooms but a comfortable bed and everything was very clean.”

“Check in was difficult. We had no idea what to do to get into our room. We finally called expedia who called the the Casual property where two young women were able to help us. Then the door to the room would not open and we had to go back to get one of the women to help. The lock was jammed and there continued to be times when it stuck room 108. Overall we are quite happy despite the frustrating beginning.”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very small for 6 people. It would have been nice to have a privacy curtain on each bed. Also we had to move one of the bunks to retrieve something that had fallen behind the bed and it was very dirty. Obviously they never clean between the beds and walls. The elevator worked about 50% of the time. Staff was helpful in making sure I could use it. The location was great. In Old town, very close to the tram and market. Very walkable area.”
