Landscaping is a mess, have to step around a cactus to get to boat dock. need your shoes for dock as the wood is rotting badly. “The house had a nice layout and was well maintained. It was very clean upon arrival and the kitchen is well stocked. We arrived a little before check-in and the owners were accommodating. As pictures of the pool are prominent in the listing, please note the pool does not have a heater, so was not usable our entire stay. We had offered to pay extra for pool heat, but learned too late that was not an option.”
