“Matanzas is the most unique beach in this part of Florida and a wonderfully secluded location for a getaway. We love the location, the view, the direct access to the beach, the quiet of neighborhood and the layout of the condo. But please beware of a couple of major drawbacks. First, the third sleeping area is completely ridiculous. It is a mechanical closet with two beds crammed in- no ventilation or fan, and not tall enough for an adult to stand up in.
