“This hotel was perfect. Huge bed, great shower, quality fixtures and fittings with air conditioning. There was a car park just opposite that gave a reduction for hotel residents. The price for bed and breakfast was amazing. Thank you. ”

“Very honest, pleasant and helpful staff. By mistake I left a backpack with very important personal belongings in the hotel canteen and left. A staff discovered and handed to reception to keep it safely. I drove away from hotel and realized the missing of backpack till 2 hours later. Heartfelt thanks !!!”

“We wanted an overnight stay on our way to the Lake District and found a perfect gem of a hotel. From the moment we arrived we were cared for by great staff. Our bedroom was a suite and just gorgeous. Dinner and breakfast were superb with plenty of choices. Wandering around the extensive beautifully manicured grounds we found the kitchen garden which is obviously used for a great deal of the food in the hotel. Just wished we could have stayed longer. ”

“Lovely country pub with good beer and food in a small, quiet village. Nice, well kept garden with seating. Excellent room, a good size and very well appointed with a nice bathroom. Highly recommended. ”

“Absolutely lovely. Booked through Expedia. Upon arrival we were expected & welcomed by the host. The place was family run and everyone we encountered was brilliant, all working together & multitasking, like a well oiled machine. We stopped in room 12 on the 1st floor, it even had a little balcony with astro turf, table & chairs to allow us to sit out and watch the sunset over the trees in the distance. “The studio room we stayed in was lovely and cosy. Everything felt very high-end from the decor to the coffee machine. There wasn’t one thing I’d change. The free parking at the back of the building was an added bonus too. It was the perfect base to explore Harrogate Centre, 5 minute walk and you’re in the centre. Totally recommend this place and very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. ”
