“小孩看電視不知按到什麼，退房時竟要繳澳幤約快90元，櫃檯説是看影片，覺得很無理，需要自費電視台應上鎖，顧客有需求再去櫃檯要求解鎖，不應開放讓小孩隨手可以看到，至於看什麼影片需付費，到現在我還是有疑問？我住了28天，每天小孩看電視我都在，都是看卡通而已，這家飯店有故意欺騙顧客的嫌疑，心中感覺被欺騙，以後我不會再去住了⋯⋯”

“The room is big because I have booked a Twin rooms with 2 bathrooms. It is very comfortable. The location is convenience. There is shopping mall besides the hotel. We can go through the hotel corridor to walk to the main road. There is many restaurants nearby. We can walk to the beach along the road and it takes around 5 - 10 minutes. 灰狗 station is nearby so we can take the bus to Brisbane. ”

“We paid for an ocean view but it’s actually blocked by a nearby tall building. Filter of the dryer constantly comes off during work so the lints are everywhere. Elevator and AC systems are old. No internet in master bedroom. But really big TV in the living room is a plus.”

“We stayed in a SkyHome 2-bedroom apartment for a week in January 2025, and it was hands down the best hotel stay we've ever had! The apartment was so incredible that I honestly thought we’d won the lottery and been upgraded. It was absolutely huge—an incredibly spacious open-plan dining, kitchen, and lounge area, plus its own laundry room, a study, and two balconies! The master bedroom had an ensuite and a massive wardrobe, while the twin room had its own bathroom directly opposite, also with……

“Beautiful beach view. Older style property freshened up with new carpets and furniture that made it feel clean and bright. Only down side was one aircon in the living area which didn't get down to the bedroom. Not so perfect in summer. If nit for the air con i would give a 10/10”
