“We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english”

“I am having event at Aston hotel. This unit is exactly at Aston but cheaper. So it is convenient for me. Room is comfy, bed is great. Owner or CD is responsive. Only owner didn't provide free room makeup service. You will be charge Rp 200k for room makeup or house keeping. Also unit location is near to Masjid where you will be disturbed by sholat prayer time loudspeaker at midnight. And unit is near to swimming pool and children playground, I feel a little bit been disturbed and annoyed with……

“The room was filthy. The toilet reeked of urine and there was a heavy build up of gunk all around the toilet bowl and shower area. The sheets were stained and smelled like they were sprayed over with a fabric freshener. Used towels in wardrobe and ‘fresh’ towels had a damp smell. Utterly disappointing. ”

“The wardrobe door can't be open nor close properly as it was stuck; the shower was clogged with hair, with stain on the sofa and toiletries that seems to be left behind by previous occupants. Oh... Not to forget, the toilet paper was missing and the WiFi is not working. If you chose payment direct to owner, please make sure you carry enough cash with you. Card is NOT an option. Definitely will not go back again.”

“Ocean view priceless. Interior of the house is nice. Location is good, privacy. Communication of checking in not stated in expedia. Caught off fuard that we need to call first to receive inatruction. Security at the reception totally lost and bot ablw to help. To avoid hassle, contact the owner before checking in. “We stayed at KPMT for 7 nights - we loved it! The kelong room was beautifully presented and very clean and comfortable - we especially loved having two private decks with sunrise and sunset experiences. From Day 1 we were made to feel welcome when Tony the resort manager introduced himself and gave us useful tips for our stay. Every day was a lovely, relaxing experience - we were well looked after by the best reception team (led by Ikri), fed delicious and healthy meals by Aktar and Ian, greeted……

Great stay

"We have nothing but positive to say about our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Lagoi Bay, Bintan. The resort is new and modern and very airy providing a truly relaxing atmosphere the moment we stepped off the shuttle bus from the jetty. Staffs were super attentive and provided beyond 5-star customised service to us ensuring our stay was a truly memorable one. Rooms were spacious with a great ocean view; the balcony was comfy. Overall the cleanliness of the resort was good however there were some teething issues like towels availability, replacement of amenities which could be better finetuned. Understandably this is a relatively new resort so these issues could be revolved and improved once the resort operations gain more experience and a bit more training. Thanks to the entire team’s hospitality! We truly enjoyed our stay. "
