“We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english”

“Great Indonesian hospitality. Nicely nestled in a quiet part of a bustling neighborhood. Walkable to the Water Parks, Food Street, Amusement Part, Factory Outlets, and Restaurants. “The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer. ”

“The room was filthy. The toilet reeked of urine and there was a heavy build up of gunk all around the toilet bowl and shower area. The sheets were stained and smelled like they were sprayed over with a fabric freshener. Used towels in wardrobe and ‘fresh’ towels had a damp smell. Utterly disappointing. ”

Great stay

"We have nothing but positive to say about our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Lagoi Bay, Bintan. The resort is new and modern and very airy providing a truly relaxing atmosphere the moment we stepped off the shuttle bus from the jetty. Staffs were super attentive and provided beyond 5-star customised service to us ensuring our stay was a truly memorable one. Rooms were spacious with a great ocean view; the balcony was comfy. Overall the cleanliness of the resort was good however there were some teething issues like towels availability, replacement of amenities which could be better finetuned. Understandably this is a relatively new resort so these issues could be revolved and improved once the resort operations gain more experience and a bit more training. Thanks to the entire team’s hospitality! We truly enjoyed our stay. "
