“Absolutely unique property in the heart of old Patiala. The management team, led by Deep Singh, has painstakingly brought this heritage site back to its prior glory. Service was attentive. The property is brand new and the team is working hard to optimize the guest experience. The gym is sufficient. We did not use the spa services. The pool is picturesque. “The hotel was extremely unclean and dirty. When I arrived to the hotel there was a gross black liquid substance all over the bathroom floor and toilet and used feminine hygiene pads laying next to the toilet on the floor. I also found a huge cockroach climbing on top of my suitcase, and there were ant/termite colonies on the walls of the room. I also modified my reservation before arriving and before the cancellation time, but the hotel did not honor this and charged me extra even though I……
