“Good location for walking to the main strip and lots of options for restaurants. The patio view is of the back of property so you’re looking at the parking lot and tennis courts. Unfortunately the downstairs tenants smoked outside. That smoke was drifting up into the condo having the sliding door open. ”

“We had a slumber party for our daughters 10th bday and everything was perfect. It had plenty of table space for all the kids. Extra blankets and pillows. Living room space was nice and comfy, especially when the fireplace was going. I only regret not walking across the road to the beach, im definitely gonna have to come back some other time just for me.”

“We rented for our stay so be close to the border for our Eras Tour concert in Vancouver and were pleasantly surprised. I’m very in awe of the town and the condo itself was very home-like and clean. There was a useful binder filled with all sorts of information and it was helpful with finding a local market. The whole experience makes me want to bring my whole family back in the summer to experience all that Birch Bay has to offer. Thank you for making this is seamless process.”

“The 5 of us had a great weekend getaway and the large space was perfect for our extended family in the area to visit. “Stayed over Memorial Day Weekend. It was sunny with a cool breeze. We enjoyed being right on the water and the quiet neighborhood. Spring flowers were out and we enjoyed the walks along the water and cooking in the comfortable kitchen. We slept with the sliding glass doors open to hear the water and birds.”
