“We stayed in a penthouse suite and it was great! Lots of space, amazing view of the bay, very comfortable. We were able to play cards outside in our little porch while watching whales spout and even had an eagle fly over! Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay and we felt pampered. “Lovely short stay at Birch Bay. Property was surprisingly spacious and the kitchen was well equipped for a small family reunion. Location was windswept (it was early March, so unsurprising!). Beds were very comfy. House warmed up quickly when the furnace was put on, although we had to turn it off overnight as we found it a little noisy, but that was our personal preference. Overall, would definitely stay again. Great property.”

“We had a fantastic weekend in this space. The building is right next to the stairs that take you to the beach when the tide is out. We spent a lot of time in the big Adirondack chairs on the patio. Conveniently, the fencing around the patio was secure enough that our little 8-lb dog could not escape. “What a beautiful view!! We had everything we needed in the kitchenette, and the bed was so comfy and the fireplace was so cozy. In such an outdoorsy location, we were very impressed to only find one spider, thank goodness! We enjoyed the big beautiful bathtub, but didn’t use the jets since they can be quite difficult to clean. Parking can take some maneuvering, but we overall had no issues getting in or out of the property. We would definitely visit again! ”
