“Very cute and spacious rental at Birch Bay. Had all the amenities we could have wanted. Wish there were black out curtains in the bedrooms to block out bright parking lot lights, but otherwise a perfect stay. We would definitely come back to this condo in the future.”

“Check in and check out process was smooth and easy. Had no issues. Place was even cuter in person. You are within walking distance to beach and restaurants. I do wish there was a map of the condo complex, this would identify the clubhouse and exactly where the unit is located. We didn’t have any issues with locating the clubhouse or unit but others might. Would 10/10 recommend. ”

“This place is amazing! So clean, quiet and adorable! We'll definitely stay here again. Property manager was great and we were able to check in early after 3 hours of traffic to get here. Bed is comfortable and everything is so nice, it's REALLY cute and has everything you need. We loved it!”
