“Front desk very friendly and helpful. Checking in was fast. The only negative aspect of the place is that the advertisement online states 24/7 shuttle to airport which is not the case. Shuttle service runs from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm I choose this place for the shuttle service which is supposed to be included in price but my flight is at 6:00 am and there is no service at the time.”

“The cleanliness of room was disgusting. Bed was very uncomfortable, sheets & matress pad kept coming off from corners. The bathroom sink would not drain, the 'lever' to open was completely missing. Couch in room was gross. I would not even touch it. Don't bother with free breakfast, not even coffee available. Hubby had to run water for 10 minutes just to get warm water to shower.”

“They cancelled my reservation without noticing me. I still have my reservation on my Expedia app but the officer just cancelled my reservation just because I came the hotel after 3am. It’s unreasonable.”

“This is an older style motel which needs to be renovated. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable but we only got 2 pillows each when we prefer more. It was very quiet and the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. He phoned the room at 8 am to tell us coffee was ready. ”
