“Check in was a little difficult because of language differences. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable and clean, but street noise was loud. A fan in the room would have been nice. I feel we got what we paid for. ”

“Hotel located in industrial area, but you can walk approx. 2.5 km to the city center (Ulm mitte). to get dinner. Hotel only offers pizza (defrosted/heated). Breakfast is okay. Service at breakfast is good. Service desk not super welcoming or friendly. ”
