“到了德國的飯店以後，立刻出示訂單號碼，顯示房費已經用信用卡付清，但飯店人員表示沒有收到預訂，當天也已經沒有雙人房了！上網和Hotel·com聯繫，居然是請我們打電話回台灣處理，這就太為難我們了。最後飯店人員在地下室的單人房加條棉被和枕頭，勉強讓我們住下了。虎落平陽?？我覺得這是平台作業的問題！期望多改進！”

“The hotel is new, but the room setting is not very user-friendly. Not enough space to put things and there is no working desk and proper chairs. The breakfast place is very busy. No one serves and people sit randomly and share tables with others. Not very comfortable. ”
