“到了德國的飯店以後，立刻出示訂單號碼，顯示房費已經用信用卡付清，但飯店人員表示沒有收到預訂，當天也已經沒有雙人房了！上網和Hotel·com聯繫，居然是請我們打電話回台灣處理，這就太為難我們了。最後飯店人員在地下室的單人房加條棉被和枕頭，勉強讓我們住下了。虎落平陽?？ 我覺得這是平台作業的問題！期望多改進！”

“Schönes kleines Boutique Hotel in guter Lage, allerdings am Berg. Tolles Frühstück, schöne Zimmer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“Excellent hotel after a long day at LEGOLAND. They have underground parking right by the hotel. Hotel is super kid friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was great, tons of options. ”

“We had a very relaxed stay at Hotel Laupheimer Hof whilst in Laupheim on business. Its nice to find a hotel where you can switch off after the hectic days of work & business travelling. We had one of the self-contained rooms with cooking facilities and a large seating area.”

“The location is quite good with river view and also city view. Close to the city center and also a bus stop just in front of the hotel. I thought it should be non-smoking room, however, it is fill with the cigarette smell.”

“Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Ulm. Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt an der Innenstadt und nah an der Donau. In der Wohnung findet sich alles was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt. Spiele und ein paar Bücher für Kinder sind auch vorhanden. Lediglich Infomaterial zum Urlaub in Ulm fehlte uns etwas, dieses haben wir dann aus der nahegelegenen Touristeninformation geholt.”

“Super entgegenkommendes, freundliches Personal. Unterkunft ist hervorragend und sauber. Parkplatz war gut zu erreichen, perfekt wäre es wenn er auch noch überdacht wäre, da es bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr sonnig und sehr heiß war. Ansonsten, super Unterkunft. ”
