“到了德國的飯店以後，立刻出示訂單號碼，顯示房費已經用信用卡付清，但飯店人員表示沒有收到預訂，當天也已經沒有雙人房了！上網和Hotel·com聯繫，居然是請我們打電話回台灣處理，這就太為難我們了。最後飯店人員在地下室的單人房加條棉被和枕頭，勉強讓我們住下了。虎落平陽?？我覺得這是平台作業的問題！期望多改進！”

“Excellent hotel after a long day at LEGOLAND. They have underground parking right by the hotel. Hotel is super kid friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was great, tons of options. ”

“We stayed there for one night. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The kettle in the room was a saver for us since we didn’t had dinner and only brought instant noodles. The room was really clean and I loved the bathroom. It was the brightest suite we had during our whole trip in Europe. The parking was also very convenient and it’s free. We’d definitely visit again.”

“So ein tolles Hotel, habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen. Das Bad war perfekt, das Zimmer groß genug und sehr sauber, das Frühstück vielfältig und lecker. Am besten hat mir das personal gefallen, die waren wirklich sehr nett und freundlich. Man kann dieses Hotel nur weiter empfehlen!!😃”
