“The property is exactly as pictured. Everything worked out great. The neighborhood itself was a little run down but we felt perfectly safe & the condo was awesome. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend especially if universal is your destination. Lots of amenities nearby. There’s a Krispy Kreme, Walmart, restaurants etc very close. Highway 4 just a mile away. Bernard was responsive and provided all of the information we needed. ”

“The upstairs apartment is CLEAN,modern and very well outfitted. Host does not skimp on appliances,provisions nor quality of linens. Even the tv was easy to figure out and if you rent often ,you know that can be a hassle. Good water pressure in the shower. The air conditioning worked well! The property is pet friendly although I ended up taking my dog to a sitter as she is young and needs to run. There is no fenced space/yard. Designated parking spots made parking simple. “It’s a small but fully equipped place. Easy parking and very quiet area. The AC is a little loud but thankfully the weather wasn’t too warm so I didn’t need it on. The landlord was responsive. Easy, flexible check-in and check-out. I asked for a late check out and the lord allowed it.”
