“Four of us were visiting Ben and sisters and stayed in this beautiful home at Black Butte Ranch. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The bedrooms were at opposite ends of the house, so there was no noise. The kitchen was well equipped.We ate at the restaurant in the lodge and it was wonderful. We had a blizzard during our visit and enjoyed sitting inside watching the snow come down.Would definitely stay here again.”

“Our family loves BBR and the experience of being on the property is incredible - the pools, courts, recreation, etc. While this rental was just fine / mediocre, we feel obligated to warn future renters that this place is certainly NOT luxurious as marketed on the listing. It's very old, dated, in need of MANY repairs, the kitchen is not well stocked, etc. When paying $1K+ per night you'd expect there to be paper towels and tissues, but this place did not have any. The outdoor speakers do not……

“House was wonderful, and is in a great location. Kitchen and house were well stocked. Hot tub worked great and was very clean. The pictures are very accurate, it has been well updated. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Lovely home. Sufficiently updated. Well stocked large kitchen. Quiet street. No ac but it was cool enough while we were there and every room had at least 1 fan, or more. Comfortable beds, lots of extra pillows. Check in and out very easy. Problem with lock system solved with a phone call. Very responsive. Only problem was the hot water didn’t make it through 2 showers. We spaced out our showers and have mentioned this to Vacasa. Very close to the rec center/glaze meadow. Bike paths everywhere,……

“Upon arrival, we were told to remove our shoes in the house. We did so but after discovering our feet/socks were filthy, we stopped. The kitchen counters were disgustingly dirty. The living room had potatoe chip piece on the coffee table/end tables. BBQ was filthy and unusable. Garage was locked and it took 6 hours to get instructions on how to get in. Not sure how this is an 'Excellent ' rated house????”

“The setup was amazing -- rent this place for the kitchen/dining/living room setup! It was perfect for entertaining and having family gatherings. Very conducive to conversation. Please note the room that is most separated (upstairs, largest room with bathroom, technically the master) has a smaller bed (full?). The only king-size bed is downstairs, grouped with the other bedrooms.”

“We've stayed in several homes in Black Butte and this one is near the top of our list. Great location and views. Comfortable and spacious. One note: This form is asking me about my "lakefront" experience. This house isn't lakefront. Nothing in BB really is so that's weird. But I don't want that one star to negatively impact anyone's perception of the review. ”
