One note: This form is asking me about my "lakefront" experience. This house isn't lakefront. Nothing in BB really is so that's weird. “We had a wide range of kids with us. Plenty of room, kids loved the Hot tub in the snow! There was a sled in the garage for them. We weren’t expecting the snow so it was a great surprise. “The house is beautiful and has everything you need, is in a great location within Eagle Crest and easily accessible to everything. The communication from the property management group was terrible. They didn’t communicate. I reached out for check in details the morning of our stay as I realized I hadn’t heard anything from them. They then said a form had to be filled out first. I filled it out and then asked for checkin details. Hours later when they hadn’t responded, and we were about an hour……
