“My son and I have an awesome stay in the Treetop Refuge. The host was very accessible, communcatice, and kind. The space was clean and well ordered. If given the chance I would certainly stay there again.”

“Great location. Great responses from management. Unfortunate that I had to call back and forth a number of times at checkin trying to find the right "lockbox" which was inconspicuous around a dark corner. Also circuit breaker blew when toasting, and the box was hidden behind a wall textile.”

“Super cute well kept home in a nice location. Home is well stocked with everything we needed for our 5 day stay, (minus food of course) The owners were very responsive to my questions and very helpful. Definitely would stay again.”

"This is the worst hotel, pls don’t book them from Expedia, I searched walnut, the walnut shown Walnut Creek to me, so I booked them, but I found it is wrong when I double checked, called them and left many messages for them, nobody answered, and I asked Expedia to negotiate with them, this hotel still didn’t intend to refund my money, so this hotel is really scammed "
