“This is an excellent property. Two very nice bedrooms with full baths, reasonably big living room and well-equipped kitchen. The master bed room has a huge bathroom with a rain shower. The location is excellent - it is right across from the public library (we got some board games from there) and walking distance to the Napa's riverfront. We went out kayaking a few times. Most places of importance are within 30 minutes of driving distance. The owners are very helpful. We arrived early and……

“Overall, this property was as advertised. It is a basement unit in a home. The host allowed an early check-in with their friend to accommodate our flight schedule. They offered suggestions for local restaurants. We had a severe weather event during our stay, and our host responded immediately to clean up a small amount of flood water on a carpet in the entryway. ”

“This property was just perfect for my husband and I. It was centrally located in Sausalito. If you don’t mind climbing some stairs and a few hills, it’s right in the center of town. We had a wonderful week exploring the wonders of Marin. Teresa answered all of our questions and provided wonderful goodies for our stay. The apartment has a full kitchen with anything you might need. The bed was comfortable as was the well equipped bathroom. If you’re considering this property, don’t be intimidated……

“This property is in an ideal location. Close to bars, restaurants, shops, and the Napa River Running Trail. We walked everywhere once we were 'home' from wine tastings each afternoon. The unit is well stocked and comfortable. We will definitely stay here on future trips. ”

The unit's private porch overlooks the cutest little canal - you're basically about 20' away - with ducks and turtles and a fountain, and the most beautiful trees that sway in the wind. When you lie in bed at the end of the day and the afternoon light filters through the branches outside the window and you hear all the birdsong, well, it is glorious. After a whole day in the hustle and bustle……
