“The property is just as described and is perfect for anyone that wants to explore Duluth. Located by all the downtown amenities with easy parking which is very hard to find in the busy months. Great for families and pets, or even just a weekend away with your better half. The hosts were fantastic and worked with us to make the stay great. Great communication with clear checking and check out instructions. We frequent Duluth quite a bit with the kids sports and will definitely be staying here……

“My family (Dad, sisters, partners, and adult children) had an enjoyable stay here. The location allows for easy access to many great places in the downtown area making it a great spot if you don't want to drive to local bars, restaurants, cafes, etc. Street parking is not allowed overnight, but the hosts have nearby parking for a vehicle, and there is a parking ramp nearby that isn't too expensive for any extra vehicles. The loft is clean, with 2.5 bathrooms, plenty of seating, games, hot tub,……

“We needed somewhere to stay for graduation. We had to consider the size of our party and accessibility to the DECC for our 82 year old mom to walk for the ceremony. This place fit the bill.
