“Enjoyed the neighborhood and the room”

“This place is well worth the price. The brewery downstairs is staffed by very friendly people. The surrounding bars are fun hangouts with good food. Short drive to Duluth or affordable Uber rides. Highly recommend for groups of friends and families. ”

“My husband , son and I felt it was too warm and couldn’t lower the heat. We are an hour behind and not sure why we had to wait until the owner went to bed before giving us the code to get the key. So it was one am before I got it. I had explained I don’t have data on my cell so wanted everything organized before bed. A little late for me but that was the only glitch. I do think there should be a gate on the deck by the door as coming in in the dark didn’t realize there was steps there ……

“Husband, 12 yr old daughter and myself stayed in #3. Very easy access to everything, so it’s a great location. Accommodations were good for coming and going while visiting Duluth. Everything we needed was available. Lots of linens. Comfy bed and couch. Pillows are very full and stiff so bring your own if that’s a preference. ”

“This was perfect for us, visiting grandparents for Christmas. Fantastic location for anything you want to do in Duluth, and perfect size for our family of 4! (And can see it working teally well for 6, with pull out bed). Clean and comfortable, will stay here again!”
