“My Amtrak train was due to arrive 5 hours late - 1 AM. I called and explained. They told me they'd text me the room number, leave it unlocked with key inside, and to just leave the door unlocked when my bus left before motel office opening. All went well - Thanks!!!”

“Definitely was as listed. Very comfortable and functional for our needs. Convenient location at access the three different east Glacier NP entrances. We had two nice face-to-face conversations with the host. Only suggestion - more accurate directions to the location as the address and our GPS didn’t match up but the host was immediately responsive with help.”

“My wife and I stayed here for four nights while exploring Glacier National Park. We were here in late September and East Glacier had started to slow down for the winter. The house is close to the commercial core, but away from traffic. The back porch is a tranquil retreat and the view out of the kitchen window is fantastic. The house is comfortable, functional, and clean. We would come back again.”

"Everyone, beware! This hotel is a scam. I booked a room for three of us through Expedia. When we arrived at around 9:00 pM, the front desk clerk rudely told me they only had rooms for two and I needed to book another room. I had already paid on the website. My phone had no signal, and when I tried to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi, it wasn't working, so I couldn't prove I'd paid. I paid about $134, but the hotel only said I paid about $73 and needed to book another room. They asked for more money. After about five minutes of talking, they angrily said they were closed and kicked me out. I later contacted Expedia and emailed the hotel, but they didn't respond. They also didn't answer my phone calls. The last time they answered, they said I was already checked in. This was my first time encountering a scam hotel in the US. Be careful when booking with this hotel, and check other people's reviews online.MOTEL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY！！！！"
