“Everyone, beware! This hotel is a scam. I booked a room for three of us through Expedia. When we arrived at around 9:00 pM, the front desk clerk rudely told me they only had rooms for two and I needed to book another room. I had already paid on the website. My phone had no signal, and when I tried to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi, it wasn't working, so I couldn't prove I'd paid. I paid about $134, but the hotel only said I paid about $73 and needed to book another room. They asked for more money.……

“We loved this cute lodge! There are 5 units, each with a loft queen bed, a separate twin loft accessed by a ladder, and a queen futon on the ground floor. The buildings are brand new, and I love the rustic barn door, National park decor, yet very modern with black faucets and kitchen and bath. There are so many places to eat in this quaint town. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a wonderful time during our stay. You can tell they tried to think of everything so you would be comfortable. The one thing I would like to have had was a fan. It was a wonderful location on the East Side. We liked how close it was to the lodge. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the two shower heads! ”

“We came in from MN to spend the 4th with family. We had 4 generations at the house and it was great! One family even bought their camper, so the baby would have a quiet place to sleep. Everything was clean. I LOVE the location!!! Two blocks away from coffee shops, bars and restaurants. 5 minute drive to the East Glacier Park entrance, 50 minutes to St Mary's, 15 minutes to Two Medicine. “The cabin, the property and those were great. Our cabin had everything we needed plus a view! We loved stepping outside to talk with the horses. The location of our cabin to what we were doing at the park was perfect. The only drawback to this location was lack of a full size grocery store. Sorry but I would not recommend the C Store in town or the grocery store on Hwy.2 in Browning.”

“Robyn (host) was responsive to all my questions ahead of our stay and was friendly upon our arrival. This cozy cabin was nicely decorated and was equipped with all things we could ask for! Tons of hot water in the shower. The beds were comfy with all the bedding we needed. Take note that the 3rd bed is more of a foamy type rather than a full sized mattress. Would be fine for youngins tho. No complaints about this property and if you're looking to spend time in GNP it's nice and close. Best part,……

“The cabin was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. We spent our days at Glacier National Park and it was so nice coming back to such a cozy cabin that felt like home. The washer and dryer were an added bonus!! Simarron was very nice and always answered any questions I had prior to our trip promptly. We hope to make it back here one day!”

After about five minutes of talking, they angrily said they were closed and kicked me out. I later contacted Expedia and emailed the hotel, but they didn't respond. They also didn't answer my phone calls. The last time they answered, they said I was already checked in. This was my first time encountering a scam hotel in the US. Be careful when booking with this hotel, and check other people's reviews online.MOTEL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY！！！！"
