“The property was amazing! Perfect getaway and peaceful nights. The pool and hot tub/patio were beautiful! Easy check-in instructions, helpful notes in the room (like for the hot tub), and super clean. Hiked nearby trails and went kayaking in a close reservoir. ”

“This is a fantastic Clubhouse. Everything you need for a nice quiet and relaxing stay. The deck, hot tub and grounds are well maintained. The "little extras" were very nice touch. Drinks in fridge and large hot tub towels. Very clean which appreciate so much. My husband is bringing a fishing pole next time we stay. The pond is loaded with . Great rental. ”

“Very clean and just as described. Was directed outside of VRBO to complete checkin process and give security deposit, which I did not love. Once I got over that, our stay was perfect!”

“I wish I could give this location more than just 5 stars. The hosts are amazing, the location is tranquil, the animals so sweet, and the apartment is immaculate. It’s the perfect location as it relates to proximity to the Floyd area. We will be coming back to stay here again!!”

“This was the most charming little inn! It was so clean and well put together. It seems they thought of every possible accomodation. The attached coffee shop was absolutely amazing. We hope to make it an annual stay! ”

“This place was great for our needs! It had three separate bedrooms with comfortable beds, making it ideal for a group or family. Access was generally easy, though it may be a bit challenging for anyone with mobility issues due to the stairs. The front door was a bit tricky—it required a firm push to open. There was a slight cat odor, possibly from a previous guest, but it wasn’t overwhelming. Overall, these were minor issues and didn’t take away from the experience. I would definitely stay here……
